You're doing high-level work without it being recognized. You feel capped, underpaid, or stuck in a structure that was never designed to let you grow. Maybe you've thought about going freelance or changing your setup, but you're not sure how to actually make it happen.
The problem isn't your skills. It's that nobody ever showed you how to position them differently.

About Jadie
I didn't start out trying to build a coaching business. I started by getting really good at what I do, and quickly realized that being good at it didn't mean I could go as far as I wanted to.
I've worked as an executive assistant, operations partner, and compliance analyst - supporting multiple clients at once and building systems that actually work. Along the way I realized something most assistants don't fully see yet: the role itself isn't limiting. The way it's structured is.
So I rebuilt it. I set my own hours, worked with multiple clients, and created systems that let me operate at a higher level without being in constant reaction mode. Nothing fell apart, and no one panicked. Turns out, when things are set up properly, they actually run.
There wasn't a clear roadmap when I did it. Just a lot of trial, error, and figuring it out as I went. That's a big part of why I do this now.

What's the difference between the Clarity Call and the Repositioning Intensive?
The Clarity Call is for two types of people - someone who wants to see if working together is the right fit before committing, or someone who mostly has it figured out and just needs a focused conversation to confirm they're on the right track. The Intensive is for someone who's ready to go all in and actually build this out together, session by session.
What if I'm not ready to leave my job yet?
Good - honestly, that's the best position to be in. I did the same thing. I started building my freelance setup on the side while I was still working my 9-5. You're not behind, you're actually ahead because you have income stability while you figure it out. The goal is to build it up until your client work can replace what your job is paying you. When that happens, the decision makes itself.
How is this different from just figuring it out on my own?
You can figure it out on your own - I did. But it took way longer than it needed to, and there was a lot of trial and error that could have been avoided if I'd had someone to ask. You'll get there eventually, but you'll waste time going in the wrong direction, second-guessing yourself, and starting over on things that didn't need to be rebuilt. This is just a faster, cleaner path to the same place.
